All at Goldstar Cabs are committed to provide customer satisfaction in all areas of our business. Should you feel we have not then please telephone the office on 01733 310777 in the first instance. We would ask that you remember as much information about the driver and vehicle as possible especially if you ring the following day as this would allow us to easily identify him / her so that all necessary procedures including the use of the Peterborough Taxi Enforcement Officer if needed may be used.

All drivers are licensed by Peterborough City Council and must display his / her badge whilst on duty these are valid for a year at a time and may be revoked by the Taxi Enforcement Officer at any time given reason to do so as set out in the Peterborough City Council's Rules and Regulations for Hackney / Private Hire.

Also all drivers are checked with the Criminal Records Bureau before obtaining a taxi License. Should after contacting our office you still feel that we have not dealt with your complaint fairly then you may at your discretion contact the Taxi Enforcement Officer via the Peterborough City Council.
